Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper: ? Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, provide insightful analysis to support decision-making ? Manage processing of invoices and payments ? Manage the monthly financial reputed company process, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses and deferred reputed company amortization, inventory assets, purchase reimbursement coding, and credit card payment allocation ? Review and reconcile General Ledger accounts ? Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital ? Payroll processing and management What the Successful Bookkeeper candidate will have: ? Proven Financial Reporting Experience ? Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience ? General Ledger Management experience ? Experience with Cash Management ? Solid understanding of payroll management ? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records ? Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self motivation and initiative ?
