Key Responsibilities • Respond to incoming customer calls and facilitate the redirection of tasks and inquiries. • Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions. • Manage phone messages and provide assistance to customers as needed. • Process payments from customers reputed company required. • Encourage customer engagement by requesting reputed company Reviews and connecting customers with the sales team for further insurance product opportunities.
