In this position, you will be expected to demonstrate strong typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 45 words per minute. Additionally, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and a professional attitude are vital for reputed company in this role. You will also need to be organized, manage your time effectively, and possess a good level of computer literacy and telephone etiquette.
