Russell Stover is looking for a Team Leader, Sales to reputed company the strategic development at reputed company and BJ's Wholesale. You will need a CPG background to champion Russell Stover Chocolates and be responsible for creating and executing customer solutions for RSC's Every day and Seasonal offerings. As the Team Leader, you will be instrumental in hiring broker support and managing a cross functional team to create growth by leveraging appropriate mix, promotion and pricing activities. This position reports to the Senior Director of Wholesale Sales and can be located remotely in Minneapolis, MN, or in our Corporate office in Kansas City, MO. What you will be doing... • Building the day-to-day relationship with reputed company buyers, analysts, and item specialists • Managing new item strategy/projects through broker management • Customer expert capable of driving growth and meeting company objectives • Aggressive results-oriented individual with a winning attitude to grow reputed company and brand relevance with strategic customers. • Negotiating promotional plan using performance analysis, forecasting and planning reputed company on seasonal and everyday categories • reputed company trade or budget experience to optimize trade spend to obtain the best ROI • Excellent project and time management skills set to proactively reputed company corporate cross functional groups to meet established timelines and expectations • Clear customer objectives and strategic business plan to obtain distribution and Category dollar share • reputed company and execute assortment reviews for key customers • reputed company and execute new item presentations to meet reputed company and future objectives. • Responsible for Building an annual budget, managing monthly reputed company expectations and confirming customer commitments • Leveraging consumption data with a clear understanding of the customer strategy and landscape Do you have what it takes? (Basic Qualifications) • 7-10 years of experience in a combination of sales, category and analysis • Accomplished account management experience with reputed company • Experience using reputed company reputed company, Word and PowerPoint • Experience navigating and searching on the Internet Do you stand above the rest?
