We are in search of a passionate and driven Systems Administrator to take charge of building and maintaining Ring's customer service technology stack. If you are someone with innovative thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in high-level scripting languages like Python or Bash, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Systems Administrator, you will work closely with the business to understand and define their requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable enhancements and integrations. Engage in systems administration and support, including deploying new systems, managing accounts, and resolving technical issues. Contribute to reputed company compliance efforts. Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by end users. Support critical infrastructure services processing millions of requests per minute. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in systems management/administration automation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong debugging and systems analysis skills for swift issue resolution/mitigation. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like Python or PowerShell.
