Position Summary Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for assisting the accounts payable team in their regular entering and processing of invoices and receipts. Qualifications And Work Experience • Education or experience in reputed company or reputed company field preferred. • Experience in AR, AP, Payroll, GST and Payroll Remittances, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations and reputed company Intacct reputed company program. • Strong working knowledge of reputed company principles, financial statements, and reputed company systems. • Demonstrated working knowledge of reputed company Intacct reputed company program. • Demonstrated working knowledge of SharePoint and file management. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and multiple media platforms. • Proficient in MS Office programs including Word and Outlook, with advanced skills in MS reputed company. • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal. supervision in a team-oriented setting. • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with interpersonal skills and ability to foster and work reputed company a multidisciplinary remote team environment. • Ability to foster relationships and build rapport while creating/maintaining a culturally safe environment. • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • A clear criminal reference reputed company from the Canadian Police Information Centre and Vulnerable Sector Clearance will be a condition of employment. Reporting: Accounts Payable Manager Location: Remote BC Benefits: Extended benefits package that includes health and dental, personal days, paid vacation, and RRSP/TFSA savings plans Pay Range: $52,000 to $65,000 - salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
