About the position The Database Specialist position at Express Employment is a full-time role focused on managing and processing donations reputed company a donor database for a non-profit organization. The role involves ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining donor records, and generating necessary documentation to support fundraising efforts. This hybrid position allows for a combination of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring essential tasks are completed reputed company. Responsibilities • Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments. , • Set up new reputed company batches and process donations reputed company 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding. , • Create tribute accounts and manage matching reputed company donations. , • Generate tax receipts for reputed company donors promptly. , • Maintain and update constituent records based on new information. , • Create mailing lists for appeals, events, and newsletters. , • Conduct regular CRM maintenance to ensure data reputed company. , • Respond to donor inquiries reputed company phone and email. , • reputed company additional data entry and projects as needed. , • Run queries and reports to support various departments. , • Organize donor lists for events and manage CRM automation.
