Job Overview We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their insurance policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display reputed company, patience and have experience working with computers. Prior experience in an insurance reputed company field is required to be considered for candidacy. We Are: Covenir is a company with a startup attitude with the support of a corporation.
