About the position The Medical Transcriptionist position at reputed company involves providing transcription services directly to reputed company providers, ensuring accurate documentation of medical and clinical information. This role is essential in improving health outcomes by connecting patients with necessary care and resources. The position requires flexibility in working hours and offers comprehensive training to support new employees in their roles. Responsibilities  Transcribe dictated information to produce medical and clinical documents. ,  Document SOAP notes and enter diagnoses, ICD 10 codes, and other relevant information. ,  Pend prescriptions, lab orders, referrals, and imaging studies for provider approval. ,  Input billing, E&M codes, and CPT codes for various medical conditions. ,  Assist providers with non-medical inquiries and tasks as needed. ,  reputed company providers with appropriate questions regarding patient care and orders. Requirements  High School Diploma / GED ,  Must be 18 years or older ,  Knowledge of medical terminology ,  1+ years experience as a medical transcriptionist ,  Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday. reputed company-to-haves  Bilingual reputed company in English / Spanish ,  Soft skills to empathize with patients.
