As a Remote Nurse Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members receive the highest quality care by conducting assessments and evaluations remotely. Requirements 1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States. 2. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. 3. Experience in assessment and care planning. 4. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet home office. Responsibilities 1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of members’ health conditions and needs. 2. reputed company individualized care plans based on assessment findings. 3.
