Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of reputed company resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company as updated ? Maintain secure employee files/records in compliance with federal & state law ? Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans ? Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes ? Design employee reputed company; organize training & development initiatives ? Help reputed company and facilitate an effective quarterly performance management system built around KPIs and metric tracking ? Guide leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using reputed company discipline reputed company appropriate ? Provide support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics, such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise ? Promote proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace Qualifications Education and Experience ?
