Responsibilities: • Support & Issue Resolution: • * Manage and resolve support tickets reputed company to reputed company QTC. Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for system issues. Work closely with the IT and business teams to address and resolve system-reputed company issues. • Enhancements & Process Optimization: • * Implement and manage system enhancements and optimizations.
