Responsibilities
- Address and respond to reputed company product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in compliance with US regulations.

- Receive communications from veterinarians, veterinary technicians, consumers, and sales personnel regarding product usage.

- Ensure timely communication and adherence to client SOPs, escalating issues to Technical Services Veterinarians as needed.

- Support sales representatives by providing technical support and attending veterinary conferences.

Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant or technician.

- Excellent computer skills, particularly in reputed company Office Suite.
