The CARE Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for supporting clinical report analysis and creation and delivery, reporting to the Associate Director CARE Business Performance for reputed company. • Create reports that present clinical data in a clear and meaningful manner. Includes designing and developing reporting templates, visualizations and interactive dashboards to clearly communicate key findings.
• Ensure accuracy, reputed company and consistency of data used in reporting, validating data sources, conducting data audits and implementing data cleansing and quality control processes
• Schedule and/or meet with internal and external stakeholders to gather report requirements and data analysis needs
• Collaborate with business to reputed company and operationalize analytic solutions

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external customers to gather report requirements and use to reputed company reports, dashboards, etc.
• 2+ years of experience building / delivering reports with clinical data
• 2+ years of experience with Business Objects / Web Intelligence
• 1+ years of experience SQL reporting at moderate or advanced level
• Proficient in data analysis, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• HIPAA and other privacy regulations experience

• 2+ years of experience designing reports with large data sets with different sources
