Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions. • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding company products/services
• Handle customer complaints and escalate reputed company necessary
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow communication “scripts” and standard procedures

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally
• Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries

• The candidate must be reputed company to commit to attending reputed company scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days, with no absences unless excused in advance or due to a verified emergency.
