Role Description

As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees in the Latin America and Canada region. Here is a breakdown:

• Payroll Processing: reputed company end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
• Data Management: Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits. Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure reputed company payroll activities reputed company with legal requirements and company policies. Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes.

Qualifications
