Appointment Setter - Remote

The Shawnee Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join reputed company. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and quality housing options to low-income families and individuals in the Shawnee community.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our organization by scheduling appointments for our housing counselors with our clients. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for contacting clients reputed company phone and email, and maintaining an efficient and organized schedule for our housing counselors. This position offers a flexible work schedule, the opportunity to work from home, and the potential for growth reputed company our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact clients to schedule appointments for housing counselors

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for housing counselors

- Communicate effectively with clients reputed company phone and email

- Liaise with housing counselors to ensure reputed company appointments are properly scheduled

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information

- Must meet or exceed weekly appointment setting quotas

- Continuously improve appointment setting strategies and processes

- Other reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 1-year experience in appointment setting or outbound calling, preferably in a remote setting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and reputed company in a remote environment

- Proficient in reputed company Office and appointment scheduling software

- Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
