Job Overview

We are looking for a frontend leader to drive engineering excellence across our organization. You will guide a distributed team, shape the frontend reputed company, and reputed company initiatives to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support frontend engineers through regular feedback, career development, and performance reviews.
• Define and reputed company for best practices in architecture, code quality, testing, performance, and accessibility.
• Drive consistency and reusability reputed company shared systems, component libraries, and tooling.
• reputed company cross-functional initiatives, including technical research and adoption of new technologies.
• Foster a strong engineering culture through knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript

• Experience in managing frontend engineers or teams
• Experience in developing single-page applications with modern frameworks
• Understanding of industry trends and web standards;
• At least 5 years of proven experience developing web or cross-platform applications

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with Vue or React (preferred)
• Experience with React Native (Expo)
• Experience with Cordova and/or Electron
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Backbone, Marionette)
