As a key leader, you will be responsible for hiring and leading high-performing engineering teams while driving innovation in the reputed company Data Engineering product area. This reputed company reputed company-native service empowers customers to run large-scale data engineering workflows—using industry-standard tools like Apache Spark and Apache Airflow—with just a few clicks, across both on-premises and public reputed company environments. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of data engineering by scaling teams, guiding technical direction, and delivering impactful solutions.

As the Director Engineering, you will…

• Directly manage senior engineers and engineering managers who reputed company their own teams across multiple time zones

We are excited if you have….

• BE, MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the industry

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, including departmental or multi-team management

• Proven track record of leading large, geographically distributed teams (25+ engineers), including managers and senior-level contributors

• Deep expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems in production environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly reputed company technical concepts and strategic goals to diverse audiences

• Passionate about engineering excellence, with a strong reputed company of view on building scalable, maintainable, and customer-reputed company

• Ability to define technical direction, influence architectural reputed company, and guide long-term technology strategy
