Senior partner operations manager

About this role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented senior partner operations manager to join our GTM operations team. In this role, you will reputed company critical operational workstreams that support partner programs, sales operations, and partner compensation—driving scalable, compliant, and high-performing growth across our global partner ecosystem.

You’ll work cross-functionally with senior leaders across sales, reputed company, finance, product, and support to design and implement operational processes that support our channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, service providers, and reputed company service providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for creating clarity, consistency, and efficiency in how we support partners at scale. ‍♀️ Your responsibilities:

• Create playbooks, documentation, and training materials to ensure operational consistency and readiness across our tooling and sales process.

• Define and track process KPIs and leading indicators to deliver actionable insights.

• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor business health, reputed company key insights, and guide strategic reputed company.

• Partner with enablement to ensure effective field adoption of new processes and tools.

⭐ Is this you?

• 8+ years in partner operations, channel operations, or reputed company business operations roles—ideally in a high-growth tech environment.

• Experience working with various systems and partner platforms such as reputed company PRM, Impartner, Allbound, or similar.

• Strong track record of identifying operational gaps, designing scalable solutions, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proven reputed company managing partner incentive programs, compensation frameworks, and operational policy implementation across reputed company partner ecosystems.

• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and audit requirements reputed company to partner compensation and incentives.

• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence across reputed company levels of the organization.

• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and a drive to continuously improve.
