Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Moderator to reputed company the reputed company and quality of Audio & Video conversations on our platform. The Community Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and auditing the recorded conversation, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working with sensitive conversation, and possess strong decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and moderate (audio & video conversations) to ensure it meets the platform’s standards and guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful conversations for review .
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community guidelines and ensure they are applied consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and contribute to periodic reports.
• Engage with users & hosts to provide clarification on community policies reputed company needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific guidelines and community standards.
• Ability to reputed company quick, balanced reputed company based on platform guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada & English (Must know Read , write and speak)
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a professional and composed manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
