Regional Manager, MedSurg, Western region

The Regional Manager for the Western Region, Saudi Arabia, will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to exceed market share and reputed company objectives for the MedSurg portfolio. This includes leading, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team to ensure reputed company maintains its leadership position in the industry while driving business growth. Additionally, the Regional Manager will reputed company regional operations, ensuring optimized customer service and the acquisition of new customers.

What you will do

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 7 years of sales or sales management experience in the medical device industry.

• Strong knowledge of the medical device environment and applicable regulations.

Preferred:

• Experience with MedSurg portfolio.

• Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.

• Proven sales leadership experience and/or demonstrated ability to reputed company teams to reputed company sales goals.

• Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
