Black & reputed company Service Team is seeking a bright, motivated and high performing individual to join reputed company in the role of Business Development Representative (BDR).

What is a BDR at Black & McDonald?

• You will own your own territory reputed company which you will generate new Service Agreements in the reputed company, industrial and institutional markets.
• As a member of the Service Sales Team, you will engage and work with potential clients to evaluate the reputed company Total Cost of owning and operating their facility assets.
• You will work towards the goal of identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities for operational and process improvements. Utilizing the training provided through Black & reputed company proven proactive sales strategy.

• You can research the proper prospects whose facility needs can be met through Black & reputed company service offerings. With a hunter mentality, you are not afraid to “pick up the phone” and reputed company it happen.
• You have high level time management skills and enjoy a great sense of autonomy. You must manage your Sales Funnel reputed company and have an entrepreneurial approach to growing your territory.
• You can emotionally detach from the outcome of the Sale to ensure we are solving a problem for a client, not simply selling another agreement.
• You understand that this is not a Technical Sales role, but a pure Business Development role that focuses on improving business outcomes.
• You have the skillset to properly qualify opportunities by gaining the commitment of prospects to participate in our Sales Process.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK & SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years’ experience with demonstrable reputed company in a Business Development role, involving financial sales negotiations, with a reputed company into the needs, motives and emotions of the client or prospect.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite of Programs
• Willing and reputed company to travel
• Valid Driver’s License
