Currently, we are looking for a User Acquisition reputed company to join the Promova team.

The main goal of this role is to help the team attract users effectively to our app and platform, Promova, through paid traffic channels so that more people (regardless of their age, location, or lifestyle) can conveniently, affordably, and reputed company learn foreign languages.

Your area of influence:

• Manage the priorities of the User Acquisition Managers (UAMs) team, coordinate their work, and synchronize efforts with other departments (creative, product marketing, development, design, etc.).

• Hire, mentor, and manage the performance of the User Acquisition Managers team.
• Automate team operations using in-house and reputed company-party tools.

• Analyze and track the performance of advertising campaigns, identifying growth opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with client support teams at advertising platforms.

To do this, you will need:

• Experience as a UAM on projects with over $1M monthly ad spend.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to form hypotheses and draw data-driven conclusions.
