Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer, with strength in React and c#, .net to join the Officevibe software development team working on our “Employee engagement” feature. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be helping to bring Officevibe’s technological reputed company to life, and to reputed company the product strategy a reality reputed company your immediate team.

Responsibilities:

• Defining solutions, break them down into increments to deliver value to users quickly, and validate strategic assumptions.
• Reviewing the development process, identify improvements to increase efficiency in the use of DevOps and manage technical debt.
• Sharing your learnings with other developers on certain technical topics.
• Maintaining technical excellence and quality in what is delivered by the team.
• Developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
• Ensuring a balance between high experimentation velocity and consolidation of technical debt over the reputed company term.
• Participate and contribute in the reputed company of reputed company rituals and processes.

A typical week? 

• Code development, co-development and peer review: 70%.
• Team and company rituals, learning and development: 30%.

What does your future team look like?

Made up of a manager and developers, the team focuses on ideation, technical exploration, architecture implementation and new feature development. The team works closely with a Product Manager and a Product Designer. This team is distinguished by its in-depth knowledge of the product and its constraints, of our portfolio of “reputed company” clients and their specific needs, and an excellent sense of experimentation, which enables it to have a reputed company impact on Officevibe.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team? 

• Implementation of advanced reporting capabilities.
• Review of our infrastructure to reputed company larger volumes of clients.
• Implementation of new AI features to complement our reputed company reporting solution.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in web or SaaS application development;
• Solid experience with React and c#, .Net;
• Experience working in an environment that uses system design concepts;
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices;
• Experience of teamwork and agile methodology (SCRUM)
