We are seeking a compassionate and independent Full Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated reputed company team! As a Full Time Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will assess patients' health needs, reputed company care plans, administer medication, and reputed company patients and their families on managing their conditions. Your role will be crucial in helping patients maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Full time salary, benefits, PTO and room for advancement! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and reputed company individualized care plans in consultation with the reputed company team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms and report any changes or concerns to the physician promptly.
• reputed company patients and their families on proper reputed company strategies, disease prevention, and medication management.
• Collaborate with other reputed company, such as LVN's and therapists to provide holistic care to patients.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and other reputed company providers.
• Document reputed company patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies such as OSHA and CDC guidelines for Universal Precautions in home health care.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid and reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed by the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Preferred minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or a reputed company field with a minimum of 2 hours of general, critical care, or emergency hospital experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Skills and knowledge with infusion therapy and wound care is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and other reputed company software.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
