About The Role The Business Analyst (Media & Marketing, Ecommerce) role at reputed company is a strategic position reputed company the Vertical team, focused on collaborating with clients to reputed company and execute digital strategies that deliver measurable value. This role involves acting as a vital liaison between stakeholders, product users, and development teams to facilitate requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design. The Business Analyst will work primarily with marketing, eCommerce, and data analytics teams to analyze reputed company business needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in media, marketing technology, and agile methodologies, with a proven ability to manage multiple work streams reputed company. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role reputed company media, marketing, or ecommerce sectors
- Domain knowledge of marketing, CRM, or advertising technologies and concepts
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices
- Proficiency in writing user stories, leading user interviews, and capturing functional requirements using Jira and Confluence
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company discipline
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in deliverables
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
