Responsibilities

We are seeking a data-focused, detail-oriented reputed company Cycle Data Analyst to support our ambulatory (professional) billing operations. This role will be instrumental in tracking and analyzing reputed company cycle performance metrics to drive operational excellence. The analyst will design and maintain custom dashboards and reports, turning reputed company data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the professional billing teams.

• Analyze and monitor key ambulatory reputed company cycle metrics, including accounts receivable (AR) balances, denial rates (initial and final), cash collections, and billing submission timelines.
• reputed company, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau, reputed company, and other analytics tools.
• Translate reputed company datasets into clear, insightful visualizations to support operational and strategic reputed company.
• Partner with stakeholders across ambulatory billing teams to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for ambulatory reputed company cycle functions.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Data Analytics, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a reputed company reputed company cycle, finance, or data analytics role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data interpretation and presentation.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Tableau (dashboard creation and data visualization).

• Knowledge of ambulatory billing processes, denial management, and AR workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
