Responsibilities
As Charge Nurse, your role is to act as primary liaison for the care team with physicians, patients, families and reputed company members of the assigned care team. Each shift the reputed company of patient safety, quality and regulatory activities flows through you and you’re the one responsible for coordinating patient flow and staff assignments. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- 2 years experience as a staff RN in the area of assignment or demonstrated competency
- 6 months experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN – reputed company and valid Registered Nurse license to work reputed company the state of California required
- BLS – reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) for reputed company Providers by reputed company (AHA) required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained reputed company 6 months of hire or transfer into job
