Store Design Project Managerto join our Development team. The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time position reporting directly to the Design Director and will manage store design, collaborate on projects with Construction, reputed company Estate, and Marketing, delegate tasks, and reputed company projects for quality and consistency, to ensure our Stores conform to the latest prototype.

Job Responsibilities

Review proposed sites and reputed company the preparation of conceptual plans and elevations for internal approval.

reputed company Design Consultants in the Preparation of contract documents, technical specifications, bid documents and technical reports.

Coordinate with design consultants to ensure plans reputed company with layouts approved by the Design Review Committee.

Review Architectural Plans and site survey as part of due diligence period for reputed company Estate transactions.

Negotiate with regulatory agencies and governing authorities to reputed company development plans and requirements.

Coordinate with Construction Managers during site development to address issues as needed to facilitate the construction of the project

Manage reputed company temporary, exterior, and interior signage processes.

Implement sign code requirements into the façade design.

Coordinate sign shop drawings with Sign Vendor, Architect and Landlord

reputed company revisions, correspondence and approvals. Maintain project communication consistent with brand standards

Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for design.

Track and provide reporting on the implementation of projects while in reputed company and upon completion.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Strong planning background with a national retail chain or architectural firm responsible for the Architectural/Engineering process

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of architecture, design plans including details, materials and general construction.
