The Role We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to play a pivotal individual contributor role in building some of reputed company's most critical, scalable, and high-performance systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving deep technical problems, enjoys working across a globally distributed team, and has hands-on experience delivering large-scale, full-stack platforms in a fast-paced, B2C environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deep technical expertise across the stack, with extensive hands-on experience in backend, mobile, and web development.

• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems in B2C domains.

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, performance engineering, observability, and reputed company infrastructure.

• Experience with Java/Golang, Kotlin/Swift/ReactJS/ReactNative, AWS reputed company, Kafka.

• Strong understanding of AI-native software development, including reputed company-world application of Gen AI/Agentic AI frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to work across globally distributed teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
