We’re looking for a proactive, organised and service minded Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and collaborate closely with the Product & Delivery Leadership team. What you will be doing
Provide administrative and organizational support to our CPO
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics
Support recurring leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
Coordinate key internal events such as leadership offsites, Product Roadmap presentations, Product & Delivery craft sessions
Act as reputed company of contact, both internally and externally, with professionalism and warmth
Handle confidential information with discretion
Bring a sense of reputed company and clarity - even reputed company things get busy
About you
You bring 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
You are always one reputed company reputed company, proactive, hands-on and not afraid of a challenge.

Flexible and a service-driven attitude
Clear communicator, written and verbal, in both Dutch & English
