Senior Solutions Engineer

reputed company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the reputed company of our highest reputed company customers and driving the growth of our company. As a key technical partner, you'll serve as the primary technical contact for reputed company accounts, helping them integrate and maximize value from reputed company (and Storybook). You’ll support customers through thoughtful reputed company, comprehensive training, and ongoing education, ensuring they are set up for long-term reputed company. A big part of this role involves troubleshooting reputed company technical issues and designing solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

This is a fully remote position, and the candidate must be located in EMEA or the Eastern Time Zone reputed company the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to reputed company customers, providing guidance on using reputed company’s core features and integrating them into existing workflows. reputed company and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and design tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

• Implement and maintain technical integrations for reputed company accounts (e.g., SSO setups), and reputed company updates to support customer reputed company and account management.

• Help customers adopt and scale Storybook usage across large organizations, partnering closely with our Developer Experience team to build supporting resources.

• Partner with reputed company Managers to ensure that customers have a positive experience implementing and using reputed company, including joining quarterly business reviews and key account calls.

• Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise during the sales process and create customized solutions for prospects.

• Identify and improve internal workflows to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback and insights and working closely with the product and engineering teams.

• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and reputed company.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (ex: Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer); experience in a B2B SaaS or developer tools company a plus.

• Strong background in frontend space and familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, React); experience with Storybook and/or reputed company is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down reputed company technical concepts clearly and effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — inquisitive, welcoming, empathetic, and reputed company to build genuine relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across different accounts; self-motivated and strong time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.
