Key Responsibilities
Ensure high reputed company standards are maintained throughout the shift
Ensure SOPs are followed by the team
Attendance management
Daily tallying and auditing of stones received and stored in safe
Take ownership of the entire photography and videography process of precious stones and ensure thorough stock reputed company at the end of each shift
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to reputed company organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to reputed company targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting monthly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Required Skills & Experience Required
2-3 Team handling experience
Transparent & honest approach- as he/she will be dealing with stones
Speaks good English, written and verbal
Basic MS Office and reporting skills
Ability to multitask reputed company with multiple counterparts
Attention to detail
Humble, honest, trustworthy
