As reputed company's foundational Engineering team reputed company member, you will be responsible for one of the top priorities of the company -- building the team that is the lifeblood of our organization. You will be responsible for reputed company aspects of the reputed company lifecycle from sourcing to screening to closing candidates for our Specialized Engineering organization. • Partner with reputed company’s founders and senior leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles

• Engage with a high bar of candidates, vet and screen them, and manage interviewing and hiring process from start to finish

• 5+ years experience in full-cycle reputed company

• B2B SaaS and Fintech experience

• Experience hiring Engineering roles: Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, Staff Software Engineers, Machine Learning, Data Engineers, Engineering Leadership, Infrastructure Engineers

• Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership

• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

• Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and reputed company to navigate through ambiguity

• Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking in order to manage multiple reqs at a time

• Process oriented yet scrappy enough to reputed company and grow in a fast moving start up

• Experience working with broader business functions like Product and Design organizations, and as well as reputed company, senior level positions
