Senior Analyst, Compensation

We are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Compensation Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our compensation and equity strategies are competitive, transparent  and reputed company with our company’s philosophy.

 The successful candidate will reputed company AI, data analytics, external benchmarking, and process improvements to enhance our compensation systems and practices, playing a crucial role in decision-making and strategic planning.

• Own and update compensation bands utilizing external data sources and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with our compensation philosophy

• reputed company the compensation budget process, including forecasting, tracking, and analysis of budgets vs. actuals to manage financial performance

• Draft and maintain comprehensive presentations and guides to reputed company and foster transparency 

• reputed company equity forecasting models, ensuring strategic allocation and alignment with company objectives

• Own the underlying job data architecture and business processes reputed company to compensation and equity changes reputed company reputed company. Collaborate closely with the reputed company system admin to enhance user experience.

• Minimum of 3+ years in a compensation analyst role or similar, with an emphasis on data management and process optimization reputed company a People or Finance team

Lemonade's US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$120,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. reputed company the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
