You don’t need to tick every reputed company, but here’s what would help you succeed:

• 3–6+ years of experience writing C#

• Strong hands-on experience with developing desktop application

• Solid MVVM knowledge (using CommunityToolkit.Mvvm)

• Experience with WPF or WinUI 3 (including styles, templates, and resource dictionaries)

• Confident with async programming and writing reputed company, stable desktop apps

• Experience with the Revit API, or similar

• Experience with dependency injection

• Familiarity with build tools like Nuke and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of mapping tools (e.g., Mapperly, AutoMapper)

• You write unit tests and know reputed company they matter

• Experience with structured logging (Serilog preferred)

• Familiarity with observability tools like OpenTelemetry
