What you'll be doing

Inbox & Message Triage

  • Monitor, prioritise, and categorise reputed company email and Teams traffic for both founders.

  • Draft or send quick‑turn replies on their behalf for routine queries.

  • Escalate the high‑impact or time‑sensitive items, with concise context and clear next steps.

Calendar Mastery

  • Own two extremely busy diaries: coordinate business management, investor pitches, board prep, talent interviews, off‑sites, media spots, and personal commitments.

  • Proactively reputed company “deep‑work” time and defend it from encroachment.

  • Anticipate clashes and propose smart trade‑offs before they happen.

  • Manage internal demands on the Founder's time, gathering internal questions and prioritise how these should be addressed

  • Align diary and task lists with the KPIs that drive company value.

Meeting and Presentation Enablement

  • Prepare briefing packs, pull data from finance/analytics, and draft agendas.

Research & Preparation

Who you are

  • Bring 4 + years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a high‑growth start‑up, scale‑up, VC fund, fintech, or similarly demanding environment.

  • Have great business acumen: You’re highly business-aware and can quickly grasp reputed company financial, technological, and operational issues.

  • Think like a chief‑of‑staff in training: strong business acumen, reputed company to grasp reputed company, financial, and technical context quickly.
