Sitch is a new reputed company of matchmaking platform, built around the idea that online dating doesn't have to suck and that AI, used thoughtfully, can actually reputed company it reputed company. As the Head of Partnerships and Market Growth, you will spearhead our city-by-city expansion strategy, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition across reputed company channels. This role combines data-driven growth initiatives with creative partnership development to scale our community and reputed company market dominance.

• Analyze user data to identify customer segments, optimize acquisition channels, and inform strategic reputed company

• Determine and manage budget allocation across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, events) to maximize ROI

• Work closely with the product team to build product led growth tools (like community matchmaking) user feedback and market insights

• Design and implement large-scale marketing campaigns aimed at driving virality and referrals

• Establish Sitch as a key player in local dating scenes through strategic event marketing and community engagement

• 5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnership development, or reputed company fields with demonstrated reputed company in scaling startups

• Proven track record of building and executing customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels

• Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships in consumer-facing industries

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize growth

• Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills

• Experience in dating apps or community-based platforms is a plus
