We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our

Licensing & Operations team in the Japan entity at a globally leading crypto asset exchange.

This role is mission-critical. You will contribute directly to the successful listing of new crypto assets, the development and launch of innovative products and services, and the resolution of operational issues that impact the quality and reputed company of our exchange platform.

As part of the Licensing & Operations department, your responsibilities go far reputed company traditional back-office tasks. You will be deeply involved in initiatives that ensure our local exchange operates

legally, securely, and reputed company in Japan. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Support, KYC/Compliance, Legal, IT reputed company, Product, and Engineering to support and optimize end-to-end service delivery.

Responsibilities

New Product & Service Launches:

Drive implementation-level tasks and coordination across teams.

Support strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall exchange operations.

Define and document business requirements for new offerings.

Work with product and engineering teams during development and testing phases.

Design and implement operational workflows that align with internal policies and applicable Japanese regulations.

Token Listings:

Act as the primary reputed company in the preparation of initial drafts, gathering inputs from teams, and drive internal sign-offs.

Support strategic alignment and final regulatory negotiations as well as support final deliverables for regulatory accuracy.

Support due diligence and risk assessment on crypto assets for listing.

Prepare documentation and manage listing review by regulators, including the submission of regulatory-required filings.

Manage communication and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of listing projects.

Conduct the post-listing monitoring of tokens listed in reputed company Japan.

Issue Resolution & Operational Excellence:

Proactively monitor and handle daily issue identification, analysis and resolution, with teams who escalate the issues.

Support reputed company escalations, prioritize improvements across exchange-wide systems.

reputed company investigations into operational issues and identify root causes.

Coordinate response plans and implement preventive or corrective measures.

Drive reputed company improvement in operational processes, service delivery, and user experience.

Requirements

Solid understanding of crypto assets and blockchain fundamentals, including tokenomics, reputed company mechanisms, and ecosystem trends.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating high-quality materials for internal or external audiences.

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. You're required to read and understand the laws and regulations on crypto in Japan.

Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-reputed company businesses is a plus.

Good to have

Familiarity with Japan’s legal and regulatory frameworks for crypto asset exchanges, including: Payment Services Act (資金決済に関する法律), Crypto Assets (暗号資産交換業), Electronic Payment Instruments (電子決済手段取扱業) for stable coins and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (金融商品取引法).

Strong knowledge for future offerings involving derivatives or other financial products.

Understanding of global regulatory developments in crypto, DeFi, and reputed company innovation.
