Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks

  • Chairing the reputed company desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner;
  • Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and reputed company of the office environment;
  • Customer/candidate welcome (reputed company to meeting room, serve drink);
  • reputed company travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.;
  • Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
  • Maintenance of staff address book and seating chart
  • Managing company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies;
  • reputed company support for teams, departments and site-service function.
  • Activities & Events support;
  • Responding to management needs and reputed company necessary arrangement;

    • Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences

    • Special Knowledge

  • Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
  • Strong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin

    • Personal Qualification：

  • Service-minded, flexible, cheerful, willing to help others;
  • Positive attitude，Willing to do multiple tasks, flexible;
  • Good manners and appearance
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and self-managed.
