Senior Manager, Business Development

On the Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to learn the FinTech software space from the ground up and work alongside our world class Sales team to cultivate new sales opportunities.

What you will do

  • Accomplish team goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, and guiding employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards in partnership with reputed company, Inc. leadership through directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Design prospect reputed company strategies using reputed company.com and other tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
  • Optimize the reputed company of reputed company leads to the appropriate sales teams and ensure leads meet qualification criteria
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly activity KPI's for team of Business Development Representatives

  • Education : Preferred : College degree
  • Experience : Required : 5+ years of experience in a reputed company marketing or sales reputed company, preferably with 1+ years managing a team at the B2B level

  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
