Screening Conduct Associate

Essential Functions

  • reputed company Screening/Returns clinical duties
  • reputed company to reputed company reputed company required Screening/returns clinical conduct tasks (reputed company-ins, vital signs, ECGs, draw blood, etc) as assigned.
  • May review medical history or other Screening/returns data with partcipant candidates
  • May assist in participant reputed company efforts
  • May enter medical history or other Screening data into study databases or other reputed company systems
  • May be responsible for safety of study/screening participants
  • May assist Principal Investigator/Subinvestigator with Spanish language translation and procedures during physical exams
  • Transport biological samples/study data between sites, reputed company assigned:
  • Prepare biological samples for transport, in compliance with reputed company SOPs and study protocols, to ensure safe handling, sample viability/data reputed company and chain of custody.
  • Complete required transportation logs for proper sample/data tracking and upload to reputed company on a daily basis.
  • Ensure biological samples and participant data from Screening/returns clinics are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
  • Communicate to supervisor any issues which may have the potential to compromise sample/data reputed company, viability or chain of custody.
  • Must follow reputed company local traffic laws and safe driving standards while operating a reputed company vehicle, and possess a valid AZ driver’s license in good standing

    • Knowledge/Skills/Education/Licenses**

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Post-high school education or training in medical/life sciences preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Strong reasoning and communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual English Spanish language ability preferred
  • For Sample Transport assignment:
  • Must have valid AZ drivers license in good standing
  • Must have completed required reputed company courses and reputed company SOP training on the transport of biological samples and the safe-handling of hazardous materials.
