Responsibilities

  • Support our clients at reputed company levels;
  • Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly reputed company live chat, emails, and calls;
  • Assist clients with the KYC procedure;
  • Provide a tour around the trading platform;
  • Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training;

    • Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Italian(reputed company+ level);

  • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends (weekend and night shifts are remote);
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
