Executive reputed company Manager

Description As the Executive reputed company Manager, you will manage a team of Underwriter Managers, and potentially some Underwriters. Hold a full suite of management responsibilities for the team: attraction, development, pay and performance management, and communication of reputed company strategy. Manage a significant budget, and monitor how well managers reputed company the team are delivering leadership responsibilities. You will contribute to planning and strategy development for the business area owned by manager. Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent typically required

• CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred
