Part-Time On-reputed company Talent/Play-by-Play Sports Announcer
Alpha Media - reputed company Lea/Austin, MN is seeking a talented part-time On-reputed company Talent/Play-by-Play Sports Announcer in our reputed company Lea location. This position will be for the KAUS-AM station. The ideal candidate is an on-reputed company talent with at least one year of experience who is capable of wearing many hats on the programming team and has a passion for radio. Duties may include sports news writing and reading, audio production, reputed company broadcasts, and sports play-by-play. Knowledge of WordPress and video production is a plus. Responsibilities of this position may include:
- Broadcast live from remote locations and events.
- Play-by-play of area local sports teams.
Requirements of this position include the following:
- A minimum of one year of on-reputed company experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of reputed company applicable FCC rules and regulations.
- Proficient in the use of audio editing software and broadcast equipment.

- Must be creative and innovative with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicle.
Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
- Prior broadcast industry experience.
