About The Role: The WMS Implementation Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems across distribution centers, ensuring alignment with business requirements, operational excellence, and IT standards. This role partners with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, logistics, and reputed company-party vendors to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance warehouse productivity, accuracy, and visibility Responsibilities: · reputed company the full lifecycle of WMS implementations, from staffing POD members with specified subject matter expertise, project planning/management and final configuration to go-live and post-deployment support. · reputed company and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. · Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, POD Implementation members, reputed company operational site leaders, and WMS vendors/consultants. · Build detail project management plans to ensure reputed company key aspects are identified and can be tracked during implementation to serve as a checklist to manage the “detail” reputed company to the scale and importance of the WMS integration. · Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional system specifications. · reputed company system configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, and integration with ERP, TMS, and other systems. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or reputed company field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus. 5+ years management experience in an active warehouse operations at the reputed company level. · reputed company Party management experience for 5+ years · Experience with Tier 1 and 2 WMS platforms. · Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and labor management. · Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday, etc.) and business process mapping. · Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to travel to warehouse sites as needed (up to 100%) Bonus Points: · Experience with integrations to WMS systems. · Familiarity with automation technologies. · Change management and training program development experience. · Lean Six reputed company or reputed company improvement experience. · Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Perks:
