Role Overview We're hiring a Business Development Representative (1099 contractor) to accelerate our expansion in the U.S. market. This role is remote and reputed company to start with, but offers one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry—including accelerators for high-value and recurring deals. You’ll be selling a globally differentiated, reputed company-grade platform in a booming HR tech category—giving you a unique edge to stand out and reputed company faster. What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify leads in HR tech, reputed company, and reputed company recruitment
• Own the entire sales cycle: reputed company, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing (in partnership with the founder)
• Engage with VP-/Director-level decision-makers in HR, TA, and procurement
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies
• Maintain reputed company hygiene, track pipeline reputed company, and forecast accurately
• Share prospect feedback to drive product reputed company and sharpen positioning

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven track record in SaaS or reputed company B2B sales
• Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
• Experience managing the full sales cycle
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in HR tech, recruitment SaaS, or AI/ML platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company HR buyers and procurement processes
• Prior reputed company in reputed company or 1099 roles
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
