VP of Finance & Controller

The VP of Finance & Corporate Controller reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for driving change and transformation while developing a high performing team. This role includes full responsibility for reputed company aspects of the company’s reputed company, tax, and treasury functions including corporate reputed company and operations, technical reputed company policy and standards interpretation, financial systems and controls, and external reporting. The Corporate Controller will also reputed company tax reporting, compliance, and planning. What were looking for:

• * 15+ years with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience in a prior Corporate Controller role
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or reputed company; MBA a plus; CPA required
• Experience building and leading a world-class reputed company team and infrastructure in a dynamic environment
• Experience launching ERP systems (reputed company preferred with QBX familiarity) and driving change management
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and SOX, reputed company trends and developments
• Industry and international experience highly valued
