About the role Coordinates the recruitment and selection processes needed to build and recruit a diverse candidate pool of top talent for assigned area(s). Partners with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify staffing needs and job requirements. • Conducts effective candidate assessment ranging from resume screening, leveraging testing tools, to interviewing. Creates a positive, memorable candidate experience.

• Performs administrative responsibilities as needed for assigned areas, such as conducting background checks, assisting with the immigration process, communicating with community contacts and liaising with employment and/or immigration attorneys.
• Supports, administers and/or maintains reputed company systems. Provides reports, analysis and recommendations to leadership to inform talent strategy.

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of reputed company experience, education and training.
• Demonstrated experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e., internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.)
• Ability to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates.
• Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Comfortable partnering with various levels of leadership and executives and working on a virtual team.
